Wellington Circle eats bumpers. A good share of what we run here starts at that merge or a mile up at the Route 16 interchange, where I-93 stacks and somebody gets clipped on the shoulder. Accidents, lockouts, jump starts, flatbed transport — wherever the car actually stopped.
Mystic Valley Parkway and the Fellsway are DCR roads with clearance limits, so a flatbed usually beats a big wrecker there. The Fells edge is steep, wooded and holds ice long after the main routes dry. That's winch work. September and May bring the Tufts move-in crush — Medford Square, West Medford and the Mystic River towers each enforce differently.
Parkways, ramps and the Fells edge
Can a tow truck get down Mystic Valley Parkway or the Fellsway?
They're DCR parkways with clearance limits, so we match the truck to the road. A flatbed covers most of it. Give us the cross street and we'll sort it.
My car was towed from Medford Square — what now?
Call with the plate and where you parked and we'll help you work out which lot has it. Release usually needs your license and proof the car's yours.
